Pecorino Romano DOP

This cheese is made of sheep milk from sheep bred in Italy. The crust is straw-colored, has a black cappatura, which is an index of exceptional quality. The cheese is generally compact with small holes, white or pale yellow. The flavor is very spicy, salty and fragrant.
